I have read and accept the 2025 Conference Attendee Terms and Conditions and I consent to AHCWA collecting and processing my personal data in order to administer my participation in the Conference. I understand that general photography and videography may occur at the Conference. I give consent to AHCWA to use photographs taken of me during the event. I understand that these photographs may be utilized during or after the event for marketing, promotional purposes, and on official event documentation. I will advise the photographer onsite if I do not wish to have my photo taken.

2024 WA Aboriginal Youth Conference - Travel Scholarship Application

Through the generous support of Lotterywest, funding is available to assist regional and remote Youth with the cost of travel and accommodation to attend the 2025 WA Aboriginal Youth Conference.

What's included in a Youth Conference Travel Scholarship?

* attendance at the 2025 WA Aboriginal Youth Conference on Monday 30 June 2025;

* Youth Conference polo shirt;

* return economy class flights (or coach/train fare) to Perth;

* accommodation at the Esplanade Hotel Fremantle (if required);

* an allowance for your meals.

IMPORTANT: Do not book any flights and accommodation until we advise you that your Travel Scholarship is approved.

Eligibility Declaration

Please confirm that you meet the following Travel Scholarship eligibility criteria:

I identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander;
I will be minimum 18 years of age and maximum 29 years of age as at 30 June 2025;
I reside in a regional town or remote Community in Western Australia;
I am currently working in the health sector OR have an interest in the health and wellbeing of Youth and/or my Community;
I have not received any other financial assistance to fund my attendance at the Conference;
I am willing to share my Conference learnings with my Community;
I am not a high school student; and
I will be physically present at the Conference on Monday 30 June 2025 for the entire day.
