AHCWA acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land on which the conference
is being held, the Whadjuk people of the Noongar Nation, and pay our respects to Elders,
past, present, and emerging. We also acknowledge all our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander delegates and the many Nations they represent.

Since 2008, the Aboriginal Health Council of Western Australia (AHCWA) has proudly hosted the
WA Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Sector Conference, a dynamic forum for collaboration,
innovation, and celebration.

This flagship event brings together 300+ exhibitors, presenters, and delegates to tackle challenges, share insights, and showcase cutting-edge programs, technologies, and ideas that advance the health and wellbeing of Aboriginal people across WA. As part of the Conference, AHCWA hosts the WA Aboriginal Youth Conference, an inspiring day for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander youth aged 18–29 to connect, grow, and lead.

The WA ACCHS Conference 2026 will be held on Wednesday, 20 to Thursday, 21 May 2026 at the Pan Pacific Perth. The WA Aboriginal Youth Conference 2026 will be held on Monday, 18 May 2026 at the Pan Pacific Perth.

This year’s theme is: “Growing In Strength Starts With Us".

An exhibition is a key feature at both the Sector Conference and the Youth Conference.

Both Conferences rely on funding from National Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (NACCHO), the Western Australian State Government, and the generous support of our Conference sponsors and exhibitors.

We look forward to seeing you at the 2026 Conference!

Registrations open 15 January 2026.
