Sector Awards Dinner - Wednesday 29 March 2023

The Sector Awards Dinner recognises the successes and outstanding achievements of those working in the Aboriginal Health community. 

Award winners are nominated by Aboriginal Community Controlled Health organisations in the areas of: 

Young Achiever

This award acknowledges an aspiring young person who has contributed to the improvement of Aboriginal health and the engagement of youth throughout the workforce. They are recognised as a role model for future generations.


Elder in the Community

This award acknowledges an Elder who has shared their cultural knowledge and expertise with Health Care Professionals to enhance service provision. They have championed Aboriginal health and the principles of holistic service delivery in their Community.

Contibution by and ACCHS Employee

This award acknowledges an employee in the Sector who has shown support and commitment to promoting the service objectives and the engagement of the Aboriginal Community.


What Does it Cost?

$100 per person (incl GST).

What's Included?

Buffet dinner and soft drinks are included. 

How Do I Register?

Conference delegates may purchase tickets to the Sector Awards Dinner during the registration process. 

Additional ticket purchases will be made available subject to venue capacity restrictions based on current COVID-19 health advice. Please contact events@ahcwa.org if you are not attending Conference but would like to purchase tickets or a table to the Awards Dinner.
